We provide professional travel nanny services, including:

Airport meet & greet

In-flight and in-hotel childcare

Customised daily schedules

Family-friendly activity recommendations

Services depend on the information you provide and availability.

2. Booking & Payment

Bookings are confirmed after completing the booking form and payment (deposit or full).

Fees are as stated in your booking confirmation.

Payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
3. Cancellations

Client cancellations: Must be in writing. Refunds depend on timing:

More than 14 days before service: 100% of deposit refunded

Cancellations made 7-14 days before service: 50% of deposit refunded

Less than 7 days: no refund

Same-day cancellations: no refund - deposit is non-refundable

Company cancellations: In emergencies or unforeseen events, we may cancel and provide a full refund or reschedule services.

4. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate information about children, including health, allergies, and routines.

Ensure all travel documents and permissions are in place.

Parents remain responsible for children when not in our care.

5. Liability

We provide services professionally but are not liable for incidents caused by:

Third parties

Travel delays

Accidents or unforeseen events
Parents/guardians remain responsible for children’s safety at all times.
6. Privacy

We use your information only to provide our services and will not share it with third parties, except as needed to deliver services or comply with the law.

7. Respect & Conduct

Our nannies maintain professional behaviour at all times.

Families are expected to treat nannies respectfully. Abuse may result in termination of services without refund.

We may update these terms occasionally. The latest version is always available on our website. Using our services means you accept these terms
